Account information
Sign-in providers verify your identity. We use an account identifier to associate saved resources, folders, notes, and comments with your account. Your public comments use the display name you submit, not your email address.
Saved resources and private notes
These are accessible through your signed-in account. Do not use this general planning tool to store medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive records. It is not a patient portal.
Public comments
Comments are reviewed before publication. Anyone may read an approved comment. Do not include information identifying a patient or another person without permission. You can remove your comments through your dashboard.
Service providers
The application uses Sites hosting and a database on Neon. Google sign-in, when used, is subject to Google’s account policies. Providers process information needed to deliver their services; we do not sell private notes or account data.
Analytics and cookies
Authentication requires session cookies. Google Analytics loads automatically on public pages to measure site usage. Google may use analytics cookies. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. We exclude note and comment bodies, email addresses, and raw search terms from custom analytics. Private account pages are excluded from page measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Deleting information
Use account settings to remove saved resources, notes, and comments from active site records. Authentication-provider accounts are managed separately. Service backups and security records may persist under provider retention policies; deletion does not promise immediate removal from all backups.
Questions or concerns
For a problem with public content, use its comment section without including private details. For account data, use dashboard deletion controls. This notice will be updated when additional contact or privacy-request channels become available.
